Along with an assortment of activities and music at Live On The Green, there will also be a great variety of goods for sale throughout the site. Live On The Green strives to select quality food, craft and merchandise vendors each year to provide a premium festival experience. The unauthorized sale of merchandise is not permitted.
Vending spaces are offered at Live On The Green at two different locations: 3rd Avenue and Deaderick Street.
The Live On The Green Site will open each day at 5:00pm (12:00pm Noon on Saturday, September 12th) and will remain open until 11:00pm, after the headliner has completed their set.

Please note that the vendor load-in time will be earlier; and to ensure you are given adequate time to set up your space and unload your vehicle, please arrive on time and plan accordingly. Although the times above are required, due to the schedule of music and activities, several vendors may choose to remain open until the end of the night at 11pm.
VENDING CATEGORIES AND FEES
SELF CONTAINED FOOD VENDING
The fee for a self contained food vending space is $350.00 for each day of the festival. This includes a space on 3rd Avenue in our food court area. Placement varies based on arrival of vendor. Power is not included.
The fee for a food vending space is $350.00 + activation costs for each day of the festival. The fee includes a 10 x 10 space, a heavy-duty metal-frame, plastic-coated canvas tent and basic electric service for lighting. You will be responsible for any signage within your booth space, table cloths, giveaways and/or sampling Items. It is your responsibility to return the area in and around your booth to the same or better condition than when you arrived.
If you are selling crafts or any type of retail merchandise, the fee for a vending space is $350.00 for each day of the festival. The fee includes a 10 x 10 space, a heavy-duty metal-frame, plastic-coated canvas tent and basic electric service for lighting. LOTG will provide one table and two chairs which will be set-up prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for any signage within your booth space, table cloths, giveaways and/or sampling Items. It is your responsibility to return the area in and around your booth to the same or better condition than when you arrived.

Live On The Green is located within a square block in downtown Nashville. Due to limited space and a high-volume of foot traffic, no vehicles will be permitted on site unless you have received prior written permission from Live On The Green. When you arrive, you will be directed to the closest road access to your space. You should come prepared with a hand truck or wagon with wide rubber tires to transport your wares.
After unloading, all vehicles must either park in the Public Square Garage or off-site. No vehicles will be allowed back onto the closed roads until the event ends.
FESTIVAL DATES AND VENDING HOURS
Live On The Green will occur for 4 weeks during August 20th-Spetember 12th (8/20, 8/27, 9/3, 9/10, 9/11, 9/12.) All vendors must arrive on site at 2:30pm to load in each day of the festival, and 10:30am on the final day. The festival will open at 5:00pm each day with the exception of 1:00pm on Saturday September 12th and will close at 11:00pm each night. Vendors are required to stay open until 9:00pm, however, due to the schedule of music and activities, several vendors may choose to remain open until the end of the night at 11:00pm.

Applications must be received by Friday June 27th, 2015 to be included in the initial review and acceptance process. Applications will continue to be accepted for our waiting list after June 27 until all spaces are filled.
Please stay within your designated exhibit space. Walkways and driving lanes must remain clear for emergency vehicles and evacuation.
All countertops must be handicap accessible. If your counters are more than 36” high, you must have an alternative location that is handicap accessible. This location must include the international handicap accessible symbol.
This is a green event, we ask that all vendors please enforce recycling efforts.
If you are serving food, be prepared for Health Department Inspections. Inspections will be made at random throughout the day.
